Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Sportniq mobile application or visiting sportniq.com (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Evergreen Sports & Allied Solutions Private Limited (“Sportniq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Sportniq provides:

• A mobile app for players to discover venues, book courts, manage teams, and earn GreenCoins rewards.
• A venue admin app for sports venue operators to manage bookings, scheduling, and revenue.
• AI-powered booking assistance via Ms. Green.
• Loyalty and rewards (GreenCoins) tied to bookings and activity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sportniq independently. Users under 18 may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your OTP codes and login credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@sportniq.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that have violated these Terms or applicable law.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment, except where a deferred payment arrangement has been explicitly offered.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation and refund terms vary by venue and are displayed at the time of booking. We are not obligated to offer refunds outside the stated cancellation window.
• We may cancel bookings due to venue unavailability, force majeure, or safety concerns — a full refund will be provided in such cases.
• GreenCoins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as described in the app.

Venue operators subscribing to Sportniq agree to the following additional terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance written notice.
• Founding partner pricing is locked for 12 months from the date of subscription.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable law, including data protection obligations towards your own customers.
• We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for non-payment or material breach.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Introduce malicious software or scripts.
• Scrape or extract data from the Services without prior written consent.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or disrupt other users' access.

All content within Sportniq — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the Ms. Green AI persona — is the property of Evergreen Sports & Allied Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Evergreen Sports & Allied Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the event, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
