Delete your Sportniq account

1. Open the Sportniq app and sign in.
2. Tap You in the bottom bar, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Email support@sportniq.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account or quoting the phone number you signed up with. We confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your profile photo, bio, date of birth and gender
• Your address (street, city, state and PIN code)
• Your sign-in link — the account can no longer be signed into

Match scores, team line-ups and tournament results you took part in stay visible to other players, shown as “Deleted User”.

• Booking, payment and refund records — 7 years after your account ends, for tax and accounting. They are no longer linked to your name, email or phone.
• Crash reports — deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Analytics events — deleted automatically within 14 months.

Transfer your organisation to another owner or close it before deleting your account. Email support@sportniq.com and we will help.
